Jambo! Welcome to Kenya. Your safari begins in Nairobi the capital city. Upon arrival, you will be welcome by our airport representative who will then transfer you to the hotel for check in. The rest of the day spent at leisure.
You will meet your driver guide today for the tour briefing so that he/she can be able to take you through the itinerary. The guide will also be able to answer any of your questions related to your trip.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will check out and proceed on to Samburu National Reserve (approximately 6 hours). Upon arrival, proceed to the lodge for check in and lunch afterwards.
We will depart in the afternoon for our first game drive in the Wildlife reserve and return back later in the evening for the night. This wildlife reserve is well known for its unique wildlife famously known as the “special five” such as reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, gerenuk, beisa oryx and grevy zebra. The special five are common in this park but rare to see in other parks within the country.

After breakfast, you will depart for an early morning game drive. Be in the lookout for animals such as elephants, leopard, zebras, cheetahs, giraffes, and many more. Return back to the camp for lunch and relax until late afternoon for another game drive and back to the lodge for the night.

We will check out after breakfast and head off to Lake Naivasha (approximately 7 hours). We will stop at the Thompsons falls briefly before proceeding to Lake Naivasha .upon arrival, you will check in and have lunch afterwards. The rest of the day will be at leisure. There are several optional activities to do this afternoon such as boat ride or game walk at a nearby wildlife sanctuary.

Depart the hotel after breakfast and head off to Masai Mara National Reserve (approximately 6 hours). We will arrive late in the afternoon in time for lunch. We will check-in then relax a little bit before departing for the afternoon game drive and enjoy our first of several game drives in Masai Mara.

After breakfast, we will depart for an early morning game drive. Witness the spectacular procession of wildlife that roams the vast plains of the park. This ecosystem is home to various species of wildlife such as wildebeest, zebras, lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, buffalos and the elusive leopard.
This is the place where one of the greatest spectacles on earth-the annual wildebeest migration takes place, where millions of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles migrate between Serengeti National Park in Tanzania and Masai Mara in Kenya.

Today will be a free morning at leisure and you may do as you wish or take an early morning walking safari. There is also an option of taking a sunrise hot air balloon ride over the open plains of Masai Mara (subject to availability).
The hot air balloon ride is a truly memorable experience for those who would like to see the vast plains and rolling grasslands of Masai Mara from the sky above.
We will depart again late in the afternoon for our last game drive in Masai Mara before heading back to the camp after sunset.

After breakfast, you will check out and transfer back to Nairobi (approximately 6hrs). The trip ends today in Nairobi late in the afternoon. Accommodation is not included on this day, but we would be glad to arrange this for you if would like to have additional post-trip accommodation (charged extra).
